By downloading or using the app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You're not allowed to copy, or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way. You're not allowed to attempt to extract the source code of the app, and you also shouldn't try to translate the app into other languages or make derivative versions. The app itself, and all the trademarks, copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights related to it, still belong to KHANQAH APPS.
KHANQAH APPS is committed to ensuring that the app is as useful and efficient as possible. For that reason, we reserve the right to make changes to the app or to charge for its services, at any time and for any reason. We will never charge you for the app or its services without making it very clear to you exactly what you're paying for.
The FUGHAN E JALEEL app stores and processes personal data that you have provided to us, to provide our Service. How we handle that data is set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. It's your responsibility to keep your phone and access to the app secure. We therefore recommend that you do not jailbreak or root your phone, which is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device. It could make your phone vulnerable to malware/viruses/malicious programs, compromise your phone's security features and it could mean that the FUGHAN E JALEEL app won't work properly or at all.
Your Account
You can listen to and watch most content without an account. An account is only needed for features such as favourites, playlists, ratings and suggestions.
When you create an account we ask for an email address and send a verification code to it. Your account is not created until you enter that code. You must give an email address that belongs to you, and the details you provide must be accurate.
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done through your account. Please tell us promptly if you believe someone else has used it. Accounts are for one person; do not share your login with others.
We may suspend or remove an account that is used to break these terms, to abuse the Service, or in a way that harms other users.
Deleting Your Account
You can delete your account at any time, either from within the app or from our website. You will be asked to confirm with a code sent to your email address, so that nobody else can delete your account on your behalf.
You may choose to clear your data — removing your favourites, ratings, reports, suggestions and activity while keeping your account — or to delete the account entirely.
Deletion happens immediately and cannot be undone. Records of any purchases are kept where we are required to retain them for accounting or legal reasons, as explained in our Privacy Policy.
The Content in the App
The bayans, malfozat, kalam, videos, books and other material in the app are provided for your own personal, non-commercial use, so that you may listen to them, watch them and benefit from them.
You may not re-upload, republish, sell, rent, or redistribute this material, or make it available on another website, application or channel, without our written permission. You may not remove or alter any titles, names or marks attached to it.
Nothing in these terms prevents you from sharing a link to the app or to a bayan through the sharing options provided in the app.
Downloads and Offline Use
Where downloading is offered, files are saved on your device in encrypted form so they can be played inside the app when you are offline. They are for your personal use only.
Downloaded files are removed when you delete them in the app or uninstall the app. You should not attempt to extract, decrypt, convert or share them.
Downloads use your device's storage and your data allowance. Please be mindful of both, particularly for video, which is considerably larger than audio.
Content from Other Platforms
Some videos are played from third-party platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo or Bilibili, using that platform's own player inside the app.
When you play one of those, you are also subject to that platform's terms and privacy policy, and it may show advertising that we neither control nor receive anything from. We cannot guarantee that such content will remain available, as the platform or the person who uploaded it may remove it at any time.
What You Submit
The app lets you send us suggestions, report a problem with a bayan, and leave ratings with a message. A suggestion may include a picture.
By sending us anything, you confirm that it is yours to send and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights. You must not submit anything unlawful, offensive, misleading, or disrespectful to others.
You allow us to store what you send and to act on it, including publishing a suggestion in the app if we choose to. We may remove anything submitted, at any time, without giving a reason.
Live Broadcast
The app can carry live bayans. Broadcasting is available only to administrators we have authorised, and the microphone is used only while a broadcast is running.
If you are listening to a live broadcast, you may not record it, re-transmit it, or make it available elsewhere without our permission.
Third-Party Services
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

You should be aware that there are certain things that KHANQAH will not take responsibility for. Certain functions of the app will require the app to have an active internet connection. The connection can be Wi-Fi, or provided by your mobile network provider, but KHANQAH cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you don't have access to Wi-Fi, and you don't have any of your data allowance left.
If you're using the app outside of an area with Wi-Fi, you should remember that your terms of the agreement with your mobile network provider will still apply. As a result, you may be charged by your mobile provider for the cost of data for the duration of the connection while accessing the app, or other third-party charges. In using the app, you accept responsibility for any such charges, including roaming data charges if you use the app outside of your home territory (i.e. region or country) without turning off data roaming. If you are not the bill payer for the device on which you're using the app, please be aware that we assume that you have received permission from the bill payer to use the app.
Along the same lines, KHANQAH cannot always take responsibility for the way you use the app i.e. You need to make sure that your device stays charged – if it runs out of battery and you can't turn it on to avail the Service, KHANQAH cannot accept responsibility.
With respect to KHANQAH's responsibility for your use of the app, when you're using the app, it's important to bear in mind that although we endeavor to ensure that it is updated and always correct, we do rely on third parties to provide information to us so that we can make it available to you. KHANQAH accepts no liability for any loss, direct or indirect, you experience because of relying wholly on this functionality of the app.
At some point, we may wish to update the app. The app is currently available on Android and iOS – the requirements for both systems (and for any additional systems we decide to extend the availability of the app to) may change, and you'll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. KHANQAH does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the version of Android or iOS that you have installed on your device. However, you promise to always accept updates to the application when offered to you, we may also wish to stop providing the app and may terminate use of it at any time without giving notice of termination to you. Unless we tell you otherwise, upon any termination, (a) the rights and licenses granted to you in these terms will end; (b) you must stop using the app, and (if needed) delete it from your device.
Changes to This Terms and Conditions
We may update our Terms and Conditions from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms and Conditions on this page.
