KHANQAH APPS built the "FUGHAN E JALEEL" app as a Free APP and our web page. This SERVICE is provided by KHANQAH APPS at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.
The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible within the app and at Terms and Condition unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.
Information Collection and Use
For a better experience, while using our Service, we may require you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information, including but not limited to username, password, email address and gender. You may also choose to sign in using Google or Facebook, in which case we receive your name and email address from that provider. The information that we request will be retained by us and used as described in this privacy policy.
You can browse, listen to and watch most content without creating an account. An account is only needed for features such as favourites, playlists, ratings and suggestions.
The app does use third party services that may collect information used to identify you.

Email Verification
When you create an account we ask for an email address and send a 6-digit verification code to it, so that we can confirm the address belongs to you and prevent accounts being created with somebody else's address.
Until you enter that code, your registration details — including your name, email address, phone number if given, and your password in encrypted form — are held in a temporary record and no account exists. When you enter the correct code the account is created and the temporary record is deleted. If you never complete verification, or the code expires, the temporary record is removed and nothing is kept.
A verification code is valid for a limited time and can only be used a limited number of times before it is discarded. Codes are sent by email using our own mail server.
If you ask to delete your account or your data from our website, we send a verification code to your email address in the same way, so that nobody else can request deletion on your behalf.
Account and Data Deletion
You can delete your account at any time:
- In the app — open the app's settings and choose the option to delete your account or clear your data.
- On the web — visit Data Deletion Page and follow the instructions. You will be asked to confirm with a code sent to your email address.
You can choose either to clear your data — which removes your favourites, ratings, reports, suggestions, notifications and activity history while keeping your account open — or to delete your account, which removes all of that together with your account, your profile details and your profile picture.
Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. Once it is complete we no longer hold your name, email address, phone number, password or profile picture.
Records of any purchases or subscriptions are kept after deletion where we are required to retain them for accounting, tax or legal reasons. These records are not used to contact you.
We also keep a dated note that a deletion was carried out, so that we can show the request was honoured.
Information Stored on Your Device
Some information is kept on your own device rather than on our servers:
- Downloads. Bayans and videos you download are stored on your device in encrypted form so they can be played offline. They are removed when you delete them in the app or uninstall the app.
- Recently played. A short list of what you have played recently is kept on your device to show you the "Recently Played" section. It is tied to the device, not to your account.
- Preferences. Settings such as dark mode, audio quality and sleep timer are stored on your device.
Listening and Viewing Statistics
We record how many times a bayan or video has been played and downloaded, so that we can show popular content in sections such as "Most Listened". These counts are aggregated per item. They are not used to build a profile of you and are not shared with anyone.
Video Content from Other Platforms
Some videos in the app are hosted on our own servers. Others are played from third-party platforms such as YouTube, Vimeo or Bilibili, using that platform's own player inside the app.
When you play one of those videos, that platform receives your request directly and may collect information about you — including your IP address, device information and cookies or similar identifiers — under its own privacy policy, not ours. We have no control over that and we do not receive that information. If you would rather not share data with those platforms, do not open videos marked as coming from them.
Microphone and Live Broadcast
The app includes a live broadcast feature. On devices belonging to authorised administrators, the app requests microphone access in order to broadcast a live bayan to listeners. The microphone is used only while a broadcast is running, and only after you have granted permission.
If you are a listener, the app never accesses your microphone. You can refuse or withdraw microphone permission at any time in your device settings without affecting anything else in the app.
Notifications
With your permission, we send notifications about new bayans and announcements, using One Signal. You can turn notifications off at any time in your device settings or in the app.
Log Data
We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in case of an error in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.
Cookies
Cookies are files with a small amount of data that are commonly used as anonymous unique identifiers. These are sent to your browser from the websites that you visit and are stored on your device's internal memory.
This Service does not use these "cookies" explicitly. However, the app may use third party code and libraries that use "cookies" to collect information and improve their services, and third-party video players opened inside the app may set their own cookies. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies and know when a cookie is being sent to your device. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of this Service.

We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
Children's Privacy
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do the necessary actions.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
